B2B Orders And Major Clients

1. Scope of Application
This rule applies to B2B trade orders and major client cooperation business in our online store. All enterprise clients must complete real-name authentication and qualification verification. Major clients must sign a cooperation agreement to enjoy exclusive pricing and service policies.

2. Order Placement and Pricing Mechanism
Regular B2B orders are subject to the information displayed on the platform. Major client orders can be priced in tiers or customized based on the purchase scale, annual needs, and depth of cooperation. Once an order is confirmed, it becomes a contract and cannot be changed arbitrarily without mutual agreement.

3. Settlement, Delivery, and Service
Major clients can apply for payment terms or installment payments, as stipulated in the agreement. The seller should organize production and delivery according to the agreed cycle, ensuring product quality compliance. After-sales service, returns and exchanges, and technical support will prioritize the needs of major clients; any matters not covered herein will be resolved through negotiation between both parties.
